It is possible to remove or replace the gem by a new one at any time. The surface of the tooth remains intact even after removal.
During the application, the doctor cleans the tooth at first and polishes, alternatively roughens or etches the place where the jewel will be placed. With the use of adhesive substance, he fixes the jewel. Fixation of tooth gem is finished by curing the "glue" by the polymerization lamp and polishing of teeth around the jewel.
